Arroz con Leche (Rice and Milk)

Ingredients

  • 12 c. white rice
  • cinnamon powder and sticks
  • 3 cloves
  • 1 can evaporated milk (carnation)
  • 12 c. sugar
  • 1t. butter
  • 12 c. raisins

Directions
1. Boil the rice in 2 cups of water with the sugar, 2 sticks of cinnamon and 3 cloves.

2. When cooked add the milk, butter and raisins. Let cool or refrigerate. Serve with cinnamon powder sprinkled on top in dessert bowls.
